Michael Roche

Michael has been doing tree care all his adult life. He graduated with a degree in Forestry from the University of Vermont in 1982 and began working in the field right after finishing. Other than a short hiatus in the mid-1980's, Michael has performed tree care for 24 years and has grown into one of the most knowledgeable persons regarding trees in the state of Vermont. He has been a partner of or sole owner of Stowe Tree Experts since 1987. He is Certified by the International Society of Arborists and is a member of the Tree Care Industry of America. He is a frequent contributor to Tree Care Industry Magazine where he researches and writes technical tree care articles. An experienced climber and machinery operator, Michael now spends most of his days running the company. His major tasks are talking to clients about how to make their trees and property look their best, organizing schedules, and finding the best people to be in his organization.
