Scott Shephard

Scott is the youngest person in the company, but don't let his age fool you. Watch him work for an hour or so and you'll say, "I'd take ten guys just like him on my crew." He works hard everyday, doesn't complain about a nasty task thrown at him, and is learning the trade as fast as anyone. He is probably our best chipper operator, excellent at running a chainsaw, and can lift more wood onto a truck that sometimes it is not worth bringing the Bobcat to the job. Scott is often at the shop a half hour before anyone else (without any prodding from the Michael) making sure the machines are greased and all the trucks have the proper fluid levels. How many young men take that kind of initiative?
